The menu offers something for everyone, from the novice to the gourmand. A good place to start is with their signature mixed meat platter. You can tuck into it with your choice of fries or chips.
There are numerous kebabs to choose from, ranging from the standard fare to a number of more exotic choices. If you’re a fan of chicken gyros, look no further. To be fair, the Stalactites cafe is not for the faint of heart, but if you’re after a quick bite, you’ll be hard pressed to find better value for your money. They’re open 24 hours, seven days a week, and can easily be found on Swanston Street. Their menu is comprehensive, and you’ll be able to try a range of traditional Greek dishes like moussaka and galaktoboureko, as well as more modern creations like chicken tikka masala and lamb spit roasted on a charcoal grill.
